The perfect hotel for the festival Came for the Jane Austen festival. Walking uphill to get to the hotel was hard but definitely worth it. Staff is lovely and helpful and the hotel is beautiful and clean. Everything I needed was already there and whatever I needed extra, they made sure to help. I booked a room with a view and it was spacious and beautiful. Very clean. My eyes and ears are pretty sensitive but they had black out curtains and it was quiet most of the time. You will hear water through the pipes but other than that it’s very quiet. The quality of service and everything was surprising for the price. I would 100% choose this hotel again if I come back in Bath. Shoutout to Kedar who was very helpful during my stay.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

10 out of 10 Second time staying in this hotel and I cant find a single bad thing to say. Excellent location with parking. The staff are all amazing. Cant do anymore to be helpful and ALL are so friendly. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. Had an eveni g meal and breakfast in the hotel and the food is superb. Flavours presentation and quantity all excellent. This hotel has a library and a lounge with a bar, which are very comfortable. Costings are appropriate. Will be staying again.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

Hotel guests should not have to pay for parking Stayed here on a recent trip to Bath and opted to dine in their restaurant for dinner. We shared a starter (which was huge) and 2 x curries with 4 x drinks all for £78 whi h I considered reasonable. It was however annoying as a guest to have to pay £15 for parking in their own carpark. Bizarre? Beware the Hotel is up a very steep hill!
